Question by yaimeli m: 31 weeks pregnant and lost of abdominal pain after sex?
I am 31 weeks pregnant and a couple of weeks ago when ever I had sex with my fiance and he ejaculated in me, I would have this horrible abdominal pain that would feel like if i was having contractions since it takes the area of my ovaries and my lower back and it comes and goes irregularly but gets stronger each time. I was wondering if it was normal since it happens each time and usually at night and lasts for the whole night and then I do not stop urinating the whole night but still having pain.

What you are feeling is called a braxton hicks contraction (false labor) It is more common to feel them after intercourse.
I am 35 weeks pregnant and have been having braxton hicks since I was 20 weeks and they are way more intense after intercourse. My doctor said that it is perfectly normal.
